- Big River Ransom are from the eastern most part of Long Island, growing up together in this remote town has allowed them to create a very unquie sound. They encompass the tight chrisma and velocity of the Kings of Leon, with influences southern jam riffs of My Morning Jacket and quriky pop energy of Cold War Kids. They have all the makings for a cultish following as seen in their undeniable energic shows.

- After a crack down by border agents, Axford and the Okie of the THE MURDER BALLASDS were forced to flee their adopted home of Montreal, QC for the relatively warmer climes of Brooklyn NY. There they teamed up with Grasmeyer to form the bluegrass/cajun powerhouse THE A-OKS.
