La La Lush
La La Lush
La La Lush brings an old-school intensity to the modern pop music scene. Their revolutionary sound binds the past with the present, while adding an exciting taste of the future. Blending heavy guitar riffs, syncopated funk rhythms, and the soulful touch of a raspy-pop female vocalist, La La Lush’s eclectic sound has captivated the attention of the music industry and music lovers alike.

Lead singer Leea Borst, keyboardist Stephen Federowicz, guitarist Steve Scarola, bassist Joe Farrell, and drummer Cashel Barnett fused together their musical talents during their time at Fordham University in the Bronx, NY. After playing a countless number of shows throughout New York City, the band has accumulated a large, dedicated following.

Yet the experience expands far beyond the confines of the city limits with guitarist Steve Scarola, a previous member of the highly successful Top 40 pop-rock band, Push Play. Scarola has shared the stage with many household names such as Justin Beiber, Third Eye Blind, and Aretha Franklin, helping him procure a cult fan base and impressive social media following that has successfully carried over to La La Lush.

La La Lush shared the stage with the talented Saints of Valory, Andy Grammer and GROUPLOVE in May 2013. La La Lush has also received commercial attention as they were recently selected by GEICO to represent the New York City indie music scene for Geico's 2013 "INDIE ACROSS AMERICA" campaign, wherein they were interviewed by TV personality Dave Holmes, and featured in a mini web series. In addition, their single "Sentinel" was selected for a Mike & Ike commercial featuring Nelly.

Their debut album, which dropped Feb. 9, 2013, is self-funded, self-produced, and self-titled; containing 11 original songs that collectively capture the multi-faceted sound that is La La Lush. The band is currently recording a new EP at The End studios in Brooklyn, NY with a tentative release date of late 2013/early 2014.

Each song embodies a new sound, a new groove, a new side of the band. No matter what type of music you identify with, you’re guaranteed to find what you’re looking for in La La Lush.
Male Pattern Baddness
Male Pattern Baddness
Male Pattern BaDDness is a NYC based, riff driven, party-rock band. A new member bursting onto NYC’s indie rock scene, MPB has been rocking packed rooms since 2011. Their style has been described as a mix between the heavy blues rock of Led Zeppelin with the funk rock of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. MPB’s music makes you want to bang your head and shake your ass at the same time.

Comprised of band members Jason Frazier (Lead vocals, guitar), Dr. Dave (Lead Guitar), Jason Liles (bass) and Tim Lykins (drums) this cohesive unit of great friends share a common goal. “From the very outset of this band, we’ve always had a singular vision,” says front-man Jason Frazier, “‘Our songs will be dripping with sexy fun and our live shows be a party that’s buzzin’ and ready to pop. ”

Fresh out of the recording studio with Nashville-based producer, Sean Moffitt, Male Pattern BaDDness has a shiny new EP available on Spotify and iTunes and are looking forward to lighting up more stages in ’13.
