Tragedy: All Metal Tribute to the Bee Gees - (Set time: 11:30 PM)
Tragedy: All Metal Tribute to the Bee Gees
Tragedy: All Metal Tribute to the Bee Gees and Beyond, has changed the face of music forever. Tragedy takes your favorite Bee Gees, disco and soft-rock classics and reinvents them in a Heavy Metal fashion. The result is aural ecstasy. You may enter the Tragedy experience unaware of your latent appreciation for gooey soft rock or flamboyant metal, but you shall emerge forever humbled by the greatness of Tragedy (and covered in glitter!).

Tragedy has sold out venues like Bowery Ballroom, Brooklyn Bowl and Terminal 5 in their hometown of NYC, as well as those in far-away lands such as London, Glasgow, Disneyland, Austin, Boston, DC, Tampa and Guilfest (with Motorhead).

Tragedy has released two critically acclaimed albums: We Rock Sweet Balls and Can Do No Wrong and Humbled By Our Greatness. Release of their third, Death to False Disco-Metal, is se for September 2013.

“Tragedy manage to dwell in the realm of novelty while far exceeding their worth as a concept ... the aesthetic is somewhere in between the flamboyance of the disco-era Bee Gees and the flamboyance of mid-eighties hair metal, with some extra flamboyance thrown in for the sake of flamboyance.”
Tiny Mix Tapes

“Hard riffs, tight white flares, and even tighter octave-scraping harmonies…essential listening.”
The Sun, UK

“Everyone from Feist to Tom Jones has covered the disco hits of the Bee Gees, but perhaps no one does those gooey soft-rock numbers better than Tragedy…Shiny costumes, dramatic eye makeup and headbanging hilarity…”

Village Voice

“Back in the dark days of disco, the Bee Gees were the shit, despite having massive teeth, bigger hair and a falsetto only dogs could hear…with the righteous power of heavy metal, We Rock Sweet Balls and Can Do No Wrong mixes Guns ‘N’ Roses swagger, the Scorpions’ sense of pomp and Judas Priest-esque vocals to create a sound that is exactly like The Darkness!”
Girls Girls Girls - (Set time: 10:30 PM)

Following up on their last classic album night, which Thrillist called "The premiere, '80s, all-female hard rock cover band event of the decade," and the Examiner called "the hardest rocking show of the year for the foreseeable future," on Saturday, June 28th, NYC's two favorite all-girl tribute bands are joining forces again to bring you "Classic Album Night, Part II" at The Bowery Ballroom. Girls Girls Girls will be playing Motley Crue's followup album "Shout at the Devil" in its entirety, and Guns'n'Hoses will bring you a set of the best of G'n'R's Use Your Illusion albums. As a special treat, and following on with the sophomore album theme, Cheap Trick or Treat, NYC's premier Cheap Trick tribute show, will kick off the night playing "In Color." Don't miss this your chance to sing along and fist-pump through through your favorite tunes spanning 70s, 80s and 90s!

NYC's Girls Girls Girls, the world's first (and best) all-girl tribute to rock & roll's baddest boys, Motley Crue, has taken the world by storm since their breakout performance at a New Jersey strip club in 2007. The band consists of four dynamic chicks who melt faces and hearts alike, including frontwoman Vixen Neil, who captivates with her fierce vocals and outrageous stage antics; hardcore shredder Mercedes Mars, a well known fixture in NYC's metal and punk scene; sassy newcomer Lucky Sixx, who puts the bad-ass in bass; and teeny tiny powerhouse Tawny Lee on drums.

Girls covers all eras of Motley Crue and revs up crowds with the decadence and spirit that made the world's most notorious rock band famous. Expect the same dirty old-school rock 'n' roll fire and excitement of live Crue, amped up with (just a little) more hairspray and high heels. Come see Motley Crue's music done like you've never seen before, as they transform the Bowery into the Sunset Strip in 1984!
