Greatruin - (Set time: 10:00 PM)
Greatruin is the culmination of years of writing and recording by enigmatic Jersey City songwriter-producer Milo Venter. The music, though heavily electronic, is the product of piano based arrangements. The mixture of strong melodic elements, melancholic vocals, percussion that straddles the feel of hip hop and industrial evoke influences the likes of Outkast, John Lennon, and Aphex Twin. Greatruin is at once familiar and new, political and personal, dreamy and aggressive. The inclusion of Misa Lopez and George del Valle make for an amazing live show. Greatruin is currently at work on their first LP slated for a Fall 2017 release.
