Hunter Valentine - (Set time: 11:30 PM)
Hunter Valentine
Hunter Valentine’s power rock music and fiercely intoxicating live performances have transformed them from veteran indie artists to breakout music and television personalities. Their 2012 endeavors included starring in a hit reality television show on Showtime, releasing their third album – Collide and Conquer, and completing their third North American tour in two years. They wrapped up the 2012 tour by doing a showcase in Tokyo, Japan and then performing at a star–studded benefit concert in New York City, Cyndi Lauper & Friends: Home for the Holidays. Hunter Valentine’s 2013 exploits included touring with heavyweight punk rockers Sum 41 in the United States, embarking on a promotional tour in Australia, headlining the European leg of their Collide and Conquer Club Tour, touring with legendary singer and songwriter pop superstar Cyndi Lauper, and performing at Cyndi Lauper & Friends: Home for the Holidays for the second year in a row. Full steam ahead, 2014 has included Hunter Valentine joining the infamous Vans Warped Tour, making their return to television on a new VH1 show with music icon Linda Perry, and working on their fourth full–length studio album.

Hunter Valentine initially began exuding their “sexy and unrelenting power rock” music via an eponymous 2005 EP. They then built on that foundation with their 2007 full–length album The Impatient Romantic (True North Records). The gripping follow–up to these earlier releases was 2010’s Lessons from the Late Night (Tommy Boy). Produced by Ian Blurton (Weakerthans, Cursed, Skydiggers), the album thoroughly embodied Hunter Valentine’s unbridled love of rock ‘n’ roll, as well as the unrivaled raucous power and intensity that they bring to their live shows. The band’s most recent album was 2012’s Collide and Conquer. Produced by famed Canadian producer and Treble Charger front–man Greg Nori (Sum 41, Iggy Pop, Hedley), Altsounds proclaimed that the album “is an anthology of gritty, edgy, power rock with dirty guitar and husky vocals, and is pure music sex.”

During the rare moments that Hunter Valentine has not been in the studio or touring, they have amplified their passionately devoted fan base by being featured on two reality television shows and releasing numerous music videos. The band became the 2012 breakout stars of Showtime’s hit television series The Real L Word. They then returned to the small screen in 2014 on VH1’s new show, Make or Break: The Linda Perry Project. This latest television venture captured their journey working with music megastar Linda Perry, the singer and songwriter who helped to guide the careers of many of today’s hottest artists, including Christina Aguilera and Pink. Additionally, the band released music videos that are playing in over one hundred video outlets in North America, including MTVU.

Selected by Revolver Magazine to be part of the 2012 “Hottest Chicks in Metal” Issue, Hunter Valentine’s all female line–up includes founding members Kiyomi “ultra–cool” McCloskey (lead vocals and guitar) and Laura “wild child” Petracca (vocals and drums), as well as Aimee “brainiac” Bessada (lead guitar and keyboards) and Leanne “sweetheart” Bowes (bass guitar). They are represented by Lisa Barbaris of So What Management.
Queen Caveat - (Set time: 10:30 PM)
Queen Caveat
After exploding onto the LA music scene in 2010, rockers QUEEN CAVEAT have been building on the nationwide buzz of their smash debut EP, "Emptor" in 2011. This hard-hitting four-piece, led by maniacal, ferocious front-woman Lauren Little, has been quick to turn the heads of rock fans nationwide on the strength of their infectious anthems, unrivaled musicianship, and riotous - and sometimes downright dangerous - stage show.

The wild success of "Emptor" ultimately led the band to a much-hyped string of packed showcases at Austin's SXSW Festival 2011, followed shortly by a headlining slot at The Roxy Theatre for The Sunset Strip Music Festival 2011. Performances at both festivals drew rave reviews from fans, bloggers, and music executives around the country, including NBC's Jimmy Lloyd who called the shows "an adrenaline shot directly to your jugular vein" and a "journey into the black heart of the universe". Music lovers across the country took note, as news of the re-invention of the "LA Rock" sound spread like wildfire. With the world-famous Sunset Strip as their home turf, QUEEN CAVEAT mobilized their burgeoning fan base to a series of widely acclaimed sold-out shows around Southern California as 2011 came to a close, including a residency at the celebrated rock club The Viper Room.

The enormous buzz earned the attention of ABC Productions, who will be featuring QUEEN CAVEAT in a 2-hour 20/20 documentary titled "Sunset Boulevard", airing in Spring 2012. This will follow the release of the band's sophomore studio EP, "Slap on the Wrist" on March 6, 2012, recorded at the legendary Sunset Sound Studios in Hollywood. Pre-sales and a free download of the EP's first single, "Resilient Me", have already garnered the attention of nationwide radio and media outlets, including 98.7FM, Showtime Networks, NBC, ABC, and countless others.

Expect a nationwide tour upcoming in summer 2012, as music fans the world over begin to re-discover the commanding power of earth-shaking, no-frills Rock and Roll - and an incomparable live show. Formed only two years ago as the progenitors defining the genre, QUEEN CAVEAT has been called "one of LA's – and America's – very best upcoming rock bands." (LA Examiner)

Or as NBC's Jimmy Lloyd might put it: "These guys will rock the snot out of your nose and leave you bleeding and you will thank them for it."

Queen Caveat is endorsed by D'Addario and Evans Drum heads.
